Request professional pool troubleshooting or repair at an eligible Greater Austin property. The purchaser may live outside the service area when the property receiving service is eligible.

What happens next: After checkout, the Easy Pools team will contact you to confirm property eligibility, review the reported issue, and schedule the appointment.

What the deposit covers: The service-call deposit is applied to the final invoice for an approved repair. Additional labor, parts, materials, or follow-up work are not included unless listed in a separate estimate that you approve.

Rescheduling and cancellation: Contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or visits that cannot be completed because access was unavailable may be nonrefundable or subject to a rescheduling fee, consistent with our Refund Policy.
